YES THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME, especially on ma computer. everytime u set a new pfp it will take a while to work! It will load for others before u can see it tho so dw ur still swagalicious

ive never experienced that but maybe ask their twitter acc or something... they mightve said it was a bug their were fixing or something....you and your little grey man pfp is making me giggle
