J: "Hey dude! its me jack, from the party? sorry if im disturbing you" 3:45pm

??: "Oh hey, yea i remember you, you were the one who played the piano right?" 3:51pm

J: "Yea yea, so you do remember me, are you in the middle of smthn orr    am i free to text you" 3:51pm

??: "Yea sorry dude im kinda in the middle of smthn, ill lyk when i can text you tho. Cheers!" 3:54pm

J: "Awh, aight ill see ya" 3:56pm

*an hour passes*

??: "Hey again, sorry that took so long. So wsp?" 5:10pm

J: "Hi, yea so, I work for this news station and I got tasked by my boss to get an expert on how or why this rains happening. And i figured since i heard from Keisha that you were a weather guy, i was wondering if you have any theories or, ig, an explanation as to whats going on here?" 5:11pm

??: "Ah ok, uhm, where to start.." 5:11pm

J: "You can start from the begining if you want, i havent made a draft for the paragraph for context on whats happening yet so it'd be rlly helpful if you can just, yk" 5:11pm

??: "Aight, so" 5:12pm

J: "yea?"5:12pm

??: "Sorry i havent done this before so i dont really know what to say" 5:13pm

J: "Oh dude its fine, no pressure. Just talk how you usually talk with other people, it doesnt need to be something 'professional sounding'. So no pressure" 5:13pm

??: "Ah ok, thats a relief. So it all started back in first of December. It was a regular day in our small town and everyone was going about their day normally. I personally was shopping down at the supermarket where everyone goes to everyday. I remember clearly i was getting some canned dog food since my dogs been craving for something new. But at 1:45pm i remember it so distinctly because it was so unexpected, but the clear sky outside suddenly got covered in grey clouds. As i was, what you said, a "weather guy" i knew something was up, particularly maybe something relating to wind speeds. But right before i finished my train of thought suddenly a downpour happened, the rain was so dense that i couldnt even see the other buildings outside, not even my car that was right in front of the windows." 5:15pm

J: "yep i remember that moment too, it was so sudden to me also. Like, i honestly didnt expect the rain to be so dense, i mean sudden rain happens all the time from where i come from, but this? ive never seen anything like it" 5:15pm

??: "i think everyone in town was confused in all honesty, some even scared" 5:15pm

J: "what do you think the residents of our town has to say about this?" 5:15pm

??: "I overheard from a couple of my own friends that they couldnt do any work because going outside was a pain in the ass as umbrellas dont work anymore because the rain just punches holes in it during that day, and i also heard some gossip going around that some people saw a 'white thing' up on the mountains, and for some reason everyone was relating the rain to whatever that 'white thing' is. I personally think its all just bull and folklore. The team at my weather station are still scratching their heads to this day since rain never lasts this long in our town, ever. Even the veterans told us in an interview we did that rain has never been this dense before. And honest, but im also really frustrated because we cant find the root cause of this damn rain. I mean, lasting for more than 2 weeks? 24/7?? something was definetely wrong, and i feel like its staring at our faces but we just cant see it" 5:16pm

J: "any theories on why this might be happening?" 5:16pm

??: "As far as my professional knowledge goes, i think its possible that we might be stuck in a huge vortex of some sorts. Like an oversized harmless tornado that keeps the clouds circling on our town, and specifically on our town. Ive suggested this to the other scientists, but all of them thinks its not plausible. which i can understand why, its not everyday you get rain that can punch holes into umbrellas like us punching through paper. Some of the veterans say that there is a really suspicious looking building up on the mountains somewhere, i heard gossip coming from within the station saying that the town might be a government experiment grounds for testing weather manipulation, again, i think its bull." 5:18pm

J: "oh right yea, the A.C.O building. No one ever told us what the name actually says right?" 5:18pm

??: yea, come to think of it i dont think anyone from within town has ever visited that building before. Which is another reason why i think the 'government experiment' thing is just bull because no one has actually seen anyone go inside the building." 5:18pm

J: "ahh i see.. ok well thats it for the interview" 5:19pm

??: "oh? didnt expect it to end that quick haha" 5:19pm

J: "yeaa its usually the same amount of questions each interview, like, how, why, when, where, what, yk, the basic stuff. And you already put all that info in so no further questions are needed" 5:19pm

??: "Ah well ok, uuh, thanks..? ig?" 5:20pm

J: "lmao dude im the one who's supposed to say thanks" 5:20pm

??: "ah" 5:20pm

J: "thanks again dude, as a sign of gratification you wanna get some beer later?" 5:20pm

??: "oh yea sure, havent had a good beer with a friend for a while now, what time?" 5:21pm

J: " i think 10 is good" 5:21pm
