🩻 literal lump in my throat

It’s been a long month full of appointments; x-rays, ultrasounds etc

I thought it was my lymph nodes, Dr thought it was my thyroid or chest

I have two more appointments but my thyroid is cleared & im also finishing Xmas shopp
