Idk if my bf is okay

Okay okay so I’m not gonna get into much about what happened yesterday however today my bf has been a little bit off, he’s not spamming me like normal, it seems like he’s doom scrolled a couple times because he’s been active recently but no spamming. I took a huge nap and woke up and started texting him. I’m kinda worried because idk what to do.
