I feel bad

Aaaaaaaa I feel so bad, my heart and stomach hurt so much, it feels like I have needles there, why should I endure this pain

And I have been suffering from this pain for more than two months, but when I ask my parents to take me to the hospital, they say that they will do it later, but they forget.

I definitely won't live to see next year.
