So like what’s you guys favourite poems because atm I’m all over obsessed with poems :3
Anyway I’ll go first cos I have two favs :)

This is more of an epistolary novel, but I read The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo for fun at school; it's about this coming-of-age Dominican girl feeling unheard in her life, especially with her hyperreligious mother, so she writes poems to express her feelings about what's happening around her.
I'll say, though, this book mentions a lot of religion, trauma, and sexuality, but overall I think it's a good book with a nice ending. :-)
