I think i have bad luck or somthing D:

My head hurts plus sweating a LOT, I  have the feeling to vomit right now, getting hurt somehow in places that I don't even recall doing anything to them? biting my tongue, the tip of my tongue getting itchy??? this always happens in december, last december I had a throat infection since i was coughing a lot ? sorry if i spelled things wrong I'm just SUPER tired rn D:
