First Amendment Protections afforded by The United States Constitution

I commented on someone's blog and thought that I should make my comment a blog post because I'm pretty passionate about it. Read below:

It sucks that we have to deal with trolls on the Internet, especially because their actins sometimes have very real repercussions away from keyboard. :-(

Freedom of speech doesn't extend to private entities (unless they're classified as a utility). A lot of people don't get this.

SpaceHey (which, by the way, is registered and hosted in Germany, so the U.S. Constitution does not even apply here https://dnslytics.com/domain/spacehey.com), is not classified as a utility, so SpaceHey may remove whatever it wants from itself.

Verizon Cellular, on the other hand, it a U.S. company that is classified as a utility, so it cannot do something like prevent its customers from going to SpaceHey.com

I would hope that this clarification would stop the trolls, but it won't, because they're trolling. They (most of them) already know this. They just wanna troll.
