Veronica's tips (part1) : Digestion

Digestion tips

! I have health issues and my digestive system is very slow. So, I had to learn ways to help it go faster outside of my medical treatment. This is not in any way some "pro-ana" tips and I do not agree to any ideas of the sort, as I know the damage they cause !

Here are some of my tips who might be useful to you too if you have trouble digesting.


--> Water : Drinking more water helped me a lot! And it has a lot of other benefits like clearing skin or just making you feel better in your daily life.

--> Ginger : You may find some ginger powder in the spices isle! It is easier to add ginger powder to your daily meals, I like to add them in pasta for example!

--> Chia seeds : I just started using chia seeds but they really do help! My father bought some bread with chia seeds and it was quite good :3 You can add chia seeds to your yogurt !

--> Take your time during eating : Chew on your food more slowly and take your time. Think of it as enjoying you food by going more slowly.

--> Whole foods : Trying to eat more whole foods over processed ones can help too! 

--> You can ask your general practitioner for more advices too!
