I Just fucking screamed at a stranger

I was about to walk my dog when this happened but I was right in front of my door when i made eye contact with this dude sprinting. NOT JOGGING, SPRINTING TOWARDS ME IN.THE.DARK 

so I screamed like I was in a horror movie and about to fucking die and almost feel to my knees( I was still right in front of my door so instead of being a dumb ass I could've just went inside)

But yeh I screamed and when I saw her face I realized it was a girl my age and she asked if i was okay and instead of saying anything I just silently went back inside
