cursor working in preview but not actual blog

hi! im trying to customize my blog and want a custom cursor. i found one on rw-designer, and when i used it in the spacehey preview website it works fine. but for some reason it doesnt work on my actual blog when i paste it into the about me section. pls help!! here is the code that is working for me in the preview website:
