you are NOT irreplaceable

we're all replaceable. replaced with the next best thing. I recently left my job that I've worked at for the last 4 years of my life!!!!!! I loved the people there but not so much the upper management. they're all bunch of whackos who say they care about you but really only care about numbers, figures and sales!! drives me nuts!

I felt like a zombie working there and I was a full time position. learned everything there from top to bottom and eventually was training to be in a manager position but I felt like I wasn't quite ready for that. in august after my holiday trip, I threw my letter. I felt like I had enough.

but man,,, finding a job out there is tough. its not impossible, but you have to want to work hard to find a job to get a job. before I left this employment I had secured another job at a much more higher end boutique shop but in a week I left that place because I couldn't vibe with the working culture and the people there were much older so I don't find the common ground. 

STUPIDLY ENOUGH, I decided I wanna go back to my old job... thought at least they would be loyal enough to me to embrace me back with open arms. after I sent a text to them, I only got a reply like 3 weeks after... initially what they said was my performance and attitude was not up to their standards but willing to take me back only for an evaluation under a part time contract for 3 months before converting back to a full time position. and I asked them, since you acknowledge my experience at this company, my knowledge and capabilities, would I be training for something else... NOPE. they just want to spy on my ass at the flagship store and really see how I perform before I convert to a full time position AGAIN. BACK TO THE SAME SHIT? I THOUGHT AT LEAST WITH MY YEARS OF COMMITMENT TO THIS BULLSHIT ASS JOB YOU'D WANT ME TO DO MORE. but I guess NOT.

LOL. I was like thanks but no thanks. screw ur offer. I'm worth more. if u think my attitude sucks is because I'm not a yes man. I'm not somebody u can walk all over like all ur other managers are.

in the midst of my " training " for a manager role in late 2022, I was NOT given proper guidance or a mentor to guide me and motivate me. I WAS LEFT ALONE TO ROT AT A STORE and figure shit out myself. 'OH but this job is more about learning as u go, learning on the job" no shit Sherlock, thanks without your help. I had to call other store managers to help me figure out SHIT. and prior to that, I had no experience maintaining a store myself!!!!! 

and they wanna bLAME MEEEE.. THEY SAY ITS MY FAULt that I am demoted, I lost my "spark" bitchhh do I look like I'm a firework??????? people in this job just wanna get paid and go home cause they have a life uNLIKE YOU!!!!!!! people in the upper management are neither married nor live with their families so they don't know what commitment is like outside of working.!!! you all bunch of trolls are attached to ur MF PHONES 24 HOURS TEXTING IN WHATSAPP GROUPS LATE AT NIGHT LIKKE SHUT THE FUCK UPPPP!!!! 

now I realised why I really left that god forsaken hell hole. I hope by the time bonuses are in and next year, PEOPLE WILL BE RESIGNING LEFT AND RIGHT. during covid we had severe under staffing and now because people want jobs they can pick and choose. FYI, THE HR keeps hiring idiot people that quit less than a week!!!. OR WENT MIA!!! this happened in other stores. there was a case once in my store. they didn't like the working environment. HA! AND THEN THERES EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR 3-7 YEARS BUT RECEIVE NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. not just me, a few other of my colleagues. 

btw, after I resigned my post at my store, 2 full timers left and a few part timers left because they recently had a new regional manager joined and my part timer said the environment is getting out of hand and too toxic. HA! good riddance!!!
