I think Thanksgiving this year is gonna end up being just me and my husband. It'd be really great if our kid were with us, but living this far apart and not having the time off (nor the finances) to journey the great distance between us renders that a sort of impossibility.
Husband did invite some of his co-workers, but it's unlikely any of them will attend...until Thanksgiving Day when we get a flurry of texts saying all their plans have been canceled, and they all pop up randomly.
I'm not opposed to hosting a bunch of people I don't know for Thanksgiving; that's a great thing, I just need to be prepared for it so I can be a good host.
Anyway.
Momo's signing off so I can go off into the world of anime and stuff.
