No way, Esh late to posting her blog again!??? Nah, this has NEVER happened before...
Anyways. November was okay I guess. Most positive experience was the 4-day school trip, we went all the way south- Eilat! We hiked in the Eilot mountain range. First day we... did not go anywhere. It was all ride- mostly because we left late. As I was packing everyone's bags, you know, doing my job, a siren sounded in the distance. It wasn't in my town so I just assumed it's whatever. And then literally 10 mins later a siren started in my town, lol. You can imagine that being in a small bomb shelter with 80 people isn't too fun. We continued doing circles- each time we estimated the hike ending times to be too late (past 4:30pm, when it got "dark"). Ended up just doing a stop in Yotvata. Their ice cream is great.
And of course as we got to the campsite... I found out my tent is half alive. Me and my friend spent like 3 hours fixing any issues- One of them was the entrance not closing. Our solution? Poke holes in the tent and tie with rope! Not the best solution, but hey, it worked.
The 2nd day we did actually hike, hooray! We hiked up mount Adir and then down through the Adir stream. It was beautiful! If you climb up high enough, you can find many copper veins... Their teal contrast against the yellow sandstone was stunning. Not just that, but you could see the Red Sea from the peak, along with gorgeous mountain views! The acacias and various bushes scattered throughout were also really lovely. After it, we were allowed to go to Eilat's esplanade- I didn't do much, nothing really appealed to me. At least at the moment... There was this nice black poncho and I didn't buy it. Why didn't I do it!?!? The winds at the top were cold but a sweater made me overheat!!! During the walk there I also noticed a display for the hostages- rocks painted yellow with the names on them. I saw the name of someone I know and it made me a little emotional lol.
3rd day!! Another hike!! This time mount Shehoret. And when I say that one felt otherworldly... I mean it. The climb was pretty steep and took about an hour, descent even slower. But for the views? It was SO worth it. From it's peak you could see mount Shelomo and mount Yehoram- two mountains right by the other, with an almost neat split between each mountain's contents. Shelomo is out of granite- meanwhile Yehoram is out of limestone. Which fun fact- Shelomo is estimated to be millions of years older than all of the ones surrounding it. During our way back, we also peeked into Gai Avud- literally translates to "lost canyon". It's a beautiful, although small, red canyon. Entering it made me feel like I was on mars! The hills were all colorful, the flora made even better. What truly improved it? A family of ibexes! At first we saw two males, then we saw a female go down with her offspring- so cute! At the end of this hike, we got some time to rest before we went to a party the teachers organized. I didn't really dance nor do much, but seeing my teachers go insane on the dancefloor made it worth it.
On the last day, we went climbed up a nearby mountain to our campsite- mount Zefahot. The way up was gorgeous, the trail had many beautiful plants. Up on the top, first off, was windy. Like very windy. But again, the views were gorgeous. I could see not only Eilat, but also Aqaba- and even some bits of Saudi Arabia past the Aqaba port! When we went down, we visited the Eilat reef natural reserve. For visitors, they usually swim around it, which is what we did. It was pretty! saw many fishies and many corals. This one black fish swam really close to me as well, shout out to that guy for being fearless. Unfortunately got no photos of this one, didn't have anything waterproof to store my phone in. We started driving back north around 2pm, now with a ceasefire in place. We didn't expect it at all to say the least. The way back was gorgeous, and just reminded me more of why I want to move south. I love the desert. On the way back home we stopped for a long break in Dimona, again didn't buy anything besides for an acai bowl. Yum. Got to my town only around 9pm, and I was honestly not used to the deafening silence of calm- I genuinely forgot how quiet it is where I live. At this point hearing planes, helicopters, and distant explosions are basically like white noise to help me sleep.
And yea. That's about it. Anyways, Vsynths!
on the 21st, released Soyogi Soyogi! He's a CeVIO male vocal- we don't get many of these! He's lovely. I love all the purple... Not much to say though, he's a nice vocal. His design is cool too.
On the 22nd, released SELENA! A VoiSona, first vocal from a new company, although her astral theme might confuse a couple people and have them assume she's a starry court vocal. First off- her design is stunning! The colors, dress design, and fabric opacity in sleeves are great. Just... wow. And her voice!?! Holy hell. I'm obsessed. Definitely my favorite VoiSona so far. A deep female voice is rare, and her tone is lovely.
On the 27th, released Kanade! A vocaloid initially exclusive to Vocaloid beta, I like her design! The white hair with the teal is great. Hm, I wonder who it reminds me of... Either way, she's great. I personally love her! The casual style is really cute in Vsynths IMO. She's a cutie, and I quite like her voice as well. I hope more covers or maybe even original songs get released with her.
On the same date (27th), released Otomachi Una's Synthesizer V voicebank! I mean, it's Una. I'm not a big fan. I just think her outfit is missing some saturation. Still cute and probs my fav Una design. Until then it was her V6 sugar voicebank... What can I say, I like a nice, puffy, idol-style dress.
Seeya next month!! BTW I will be late again most likely. Sorry (not sorry)!
