IM SO SCARED YALL

hi yall so rn im in my schools bathroom in a stall sitting on the toilet (with the cover thing on so like im just normally sitting) and i literally had like an anxiety attack or smthn cause like my school goes ice skating in the first two classes every monday and when i was getting ready at home i had a fight w my mom (not like physical fight, just with words) and i was a bit late and when i went to the bathroom and looked out the window my classmates were outside getting into the bus that drives them there. now im in a stall hoping no one notices and they think im missing bc im sick or smthn, but i have food and water and im watching yt on my phone, and i already called my mom abt this. so yea my day started pretty crazy
