spacehey hyperlink = web hosting?

You can link to a html file that is entirely stored as base64 text with mime types. This can end up bypassing spaceheys html rules so I am a bit concerned on what someone would do with this. Click this to see what I was talking about website 

This does allow for many forms of abuse I'm just concerned if someone takes advantage of this
