the first "real" vampire?

TIL that some dude (Jure Grando Alilović) in what's modern-day Croatia was the first described vampire. so i did some digging, and funnily enough his two front teeth are missing from his skull. were they fangs? did he get them ripped out while he was alive? or were they taken from his grave to sell to some rich noble's exotic collection. maybe they were removed to prevent him from feeding if he ever rose again. 

idk just thought he sounded pretty cool!
