Seasonal Depression is Hitting A Little Too Hard.

Its Starting Again..

Everytime the season changes into Winter I become more sensitve to touch, more sensitive to emotions, more sensitive to friends, I become sensitive to everything.

Winter Depression is the worst. I swear ive been so emotional these past couple of months, as the days get colder my mental health plumits.

Even though I find myself being happy and everything I still have those moments of sadness then quickly moments of clarity and being fine again.

I just got to get through another year of seasonal depression...
