POPULAR GIRLS AT SCHOOL NEVER GET IN TROUBLE

I'm sorry but i gotta ask, am I the only one who thinks the most annoying girls in school are the most popular ones?? In my school, my class r all girls, but the ones who r the "prettiest" and wear really expensive clothes are the loudest and most annoying ones AND THE WORST PART IS THEY NEVER GET IN TROUBLE!! Like if i were laughing out loud during class, f*ckin around, not do the assignments our professor gave us, id get mostly yelled at, BUT THEY NEVER GET YELLED AT AND ALWAYS LET THEM GO WITHOUT ANY PUNISHMENT! Like wt*?? Am i the only one dealing with this problem?? :,)
