music has always been a pivotal factor in my life so here are some albums I really appreciate.
(no in depth analysis just rambling)
From Under the Cork Tree (2005) - Fall Out Boy
I think this album is one of those timeless pieces that never get old or over listened. From complex lyricism and great instrumentals to raw emotions that this album has I believe it deserves every single praise that it gets.
Substance (1987) - New Order
One of the greatest Post-punk/Dance-rock albums. Substance is a compilation album with absolutely no skips. CONFUSION IS A MUST LISTEN!!
Rage Against the Machine (1992) - Rage Against the Machine
When they ask what radicalized you and the answer is accidentally discovering Know Your Enemy at the ripe age of 12. Musical and socio-political gem.
Brasilian Skies (1978) - Masayoshi Takanaka
What's better than a Japanese jazz genius being infatuated by Brazilian beaches and beauty. Type of album that warms a lonely heart. Amazing, Jaw-dropping Jazz-fusion/Bosa Nova album by a guy who plays a surfboard shaped guitar.
Heaven Or Las Vegas (1990) - Cocteau Twins
So the thing is everybody needs to listen to this album at least once in their life and that's all I have to say.
Belirdi Gece (2019) - She Past Away
Just two Turkish guys writing amazing music. Attended two of their concerts literal bomb. One of the best modern Goth/Post-punk bands. Overall vibes, amazing synths and frontman's deep voice is just it.
