breaking my silence... (abortion ed.)

(it's bcs I saw someone talk abt this but I have another opinion -- unfortunately)
Hey, friends~ (o˘◡˘o) Let’s talk about something important—abortion. I know it’s not all sparkles and cute things, but sometimes being a magical girl means facing tough stuff too. So here’s what I think:

Abortion should be legal everywhere. It’s not about people using it carelessly—it’s about helping those who really need it. For women who’ve been hurt, like being assaulted or forced into something without their choice, abortion can be life-saving. Nobody should be trapped in a situation they didn’t ask for. (╥﹏╥)

But here’s the thing. We also have so many ways to prevent unwanted pregnancies—pills, implants, condoms, and even simple methods like tracking your cycle. If someone’s just being careless, I think they should take responsibility. Magical powers (or access to abortion) shouldn’t be used like a quick fix. Actions have consequences, and we all have to face them sometimes. (¬_¬")

Then again, what about the babies? (っ´ω`)っ A child born to someone who isn’t ready or doesn’t want them might not have the love and care they deserve. Growing up in a bad environment can hurt them so much, and that makes my heart ache. It’s not fair to them either.

So what’s my answer? I think abortion should be there for people who really need it—like those who were hurt or have medical issues that make pregnancy unsafe. But it shouldn’t just be a backup plan for people who don’t want to take precautions.

At the end of the day, life isn’t black and white—it’s full of tough choices. (｡•́︿•̀｡) All I want is for everyone to be kind, thoughtful, and understand that these decisions aren’t easy for anyone.
