Piracy

What is your opinion on piracy? 

There is a quote that goes “If you can’t truly own what you buy, then pirating isn’t stealing” I agree with this quote so much because piracy or archiving media should be a legal thing. There are games, movies, songs, etc. lost to time because of the laws on archiving/pirating. I don’t want to share too much about my experiences with piracy considering its illegal but what I can say for the people who have pirated is that it changed their lives for the better, especially those who are/were poor and aren’t able to afford video games or select media.
