a different way to make music

I've been using cubase for a while now to make tracks, and ableton before that. They are both really good pieces of software, but for certain types of things I wanted to make, they seemed unintuitive. I was searching around for something else to try, when I found out about trackers. I installed renoise a few days ago and it is truly amazing. If you haven't tried it, I highly suggest it. It makes making things very easy, despite me not knowing how to use it well at all yet. I am very excited to see what I can make as I get better at using it.
