Speech! Speech! Speech!

When we play as Curly during his birthday scene, all the characters ask for a speech. Curly doesn't give them a speech, and instead tells them the horrible news he'd received.

In the scene where Jimmy is about to shoot Swansea, music plays in the background, and said music is called 'Speech! Speech! Speech!' Which is what they ask Curly for, but don't get. 
Swansea's speech is a speech, but Jimmy is the only one who hears it, and not the rest of the crew. The fact that these are his last words make it even worse.

This could represent Jimmy's selfishness, because he's given what he wanted, but it's at the near end of the game, way after the crash and he got it because the speech he'd previously received wasn't enough for him.
Turns out, this one wasn't either.
