Nothing happened to me after I eat that chicken yesterday. So, I guess it depends on how you store a meal even though it was not refrigerated. Mine was stored on a cellophane enclosed by a plastic container, but the smell is kinda off but not that off-off, but the taste is still the same. Take note that the chicken had a sauce. I conclude that as long as it was not contaminated and not beyond 24 hours past would still be safe. However, we should also consider the smell, the taste, and of course how was the meal was cooked and prepared.
