they noticed it when I had a little seizure this afternoon
maybe I should tell them? maybe I should already tell them that because of their proper upbringing, my mental health is also wrong?

I may not have psychosis, and I'm very sorry you have to go through that :( you should tell your parents whenever you feel comfortable or bit by bit, but not before it's too late, however I recommend maybe talking about it with a friend who wouldn't snitch or tell on you for personal reasons (like ur friend telling an adult abt ur mental health) also I hope you're doing okay and if you're not I hope you feel better <3 ^^

Hello,i used to struggle a lot with psychosis from a very very early age (im better now and i usually dont have hallucinations or delusions anymore)
I deal with that alone as a child because sadly no one cared and no one help me,i know how it feels,it feels very lonely because you are the only one who see those things,we can talk more about that if you want.
Here is my advice,if you think that things will chance for the better if you tell them then do it but if that is not case,try to seek help outside your family,try to find if you had speceffic things that trigger your psychosis (in my case stress and deep emotions)
Dont loose hope,there is always some one who care ♡
oh, thank you for replying me. I am very sorry that you have also experienced and are experiencing similar situations. now I am trying to cope with it myself, because I will not be able to get the necessary help from my parents, as I have already tried to do it
