I NEED HELP

so, I was trying to download Escargot (not the food, the thing that kind of emulates MSN) on my pc. I already made an account and everything on the site, I managed to download it but uh. I feel old, do I need to make a new email address for it or am i tripping. because I dont have a Windows Live ID whatever the hell they're called 🙁

I'll try making a microsoft thing - the link they send me to when i click "sign up" - and then we'll see
