Are you one of those people who absolutely cannot stand the taste of milk? Well so am I! So come with me, my friend, and I will show you one of my methods for obtaining calcium the good-old-fashioned way, without the repulsive flavour.
You will need:
- Beverage container of your choice
- Strawberries
- Milk
RECIPE:
- Rinse your strawberries. Depending on the size of your glass, you'll need a different amount of strawberries. I always try to go for six or seven large ones. Cut the tops off your strawberries, then cut them into tiny chunks.
- Put the strawberry chunks in your glass, then smush them with a spoon.
- Pour in the milk, then stir. Add more strawberries if needed.
