how tf spotify players work here

as much as i tried to look here for a tutorial (im on this web for just a few hours, im glad to be breathing lolz),

then im just not able to figure out how i can put those spotify players with specif. songs onto my profile. i know its something around messing with the codes, but honestly the last thing im experienced in is messing with some java coding xdd 

would appreciate any help, plz explain it in "dumb-like" terms, since my brain is sometimes slowish </3 !!
