Diary from a psychiatric hospital patient.

Hello!

So I am home, I have been since monday, but I did not want to upload my last entry as I was not sure they were going to let me go, but alas I am free. The reason for why I didnt upload after I left was because my laptop takes 10 yeaars to start up and I was too lazy to turn it on, so I am writting frfom my PC istead.

Now I hope I will never have to go back, but to anyone who is considering going down the same path as me, do not be afraid or ashamed, just because it did not work for me and did not help me does not mean it will now help you!

If you are considering it but are afraid of it being on your pernatemt record, if you have the money you can go to a private istutution, it should not be attached to your record in that case (do Google this, it works like that in my country but it does not mean it does in yours!).

Do research, see if you can find a place that is more suitable for you!

Remember there is no shame in needing help, it is better to spend some time in a hospital then spend forever in a coffin!
