cant sleep

anyone know sum tips for sleeping??

ive had sleeping problems for YEARS and ive been trying to fix them for years 

ive tryed every tip and they dont work

any advice?

Pretty basic, but here's what I do:

- Avoid sitting or lying on your bed when it's not time to sleep.
- Try waiting an hour or two after eating before sleeping.
- When resting, lie in a comfortable position (for me it's usually belly and head up, arms folded on chest, and head on basic pillow) and focus on your breathing. You can allow your mind to wander a bit, but bring it back to breathing afterwards. This one really helps me!
- Having white noise in the background, such as soft rain, a fan blowing, or any constant non-disruptive quiet sound can aid in your mind drifting off to sleep.
