Am I the only one who misses 2014-2015?
I know that, since we're so many in the world, is impossible that I'm the only singular person who misses 2014/2015 (and maybe even 2013) but I still ask myself if there's someone else like me that, during the day thinks about those times and wishes we could just go back.
I loved those days, when the internet was at it's peak, when cringe didn't exist, when we used XD, simply when the world was.. nice.
Probably I remember so many nice things because I was still a kid, and now I have more consciusness and actually see and have an idea of what is happing in the world, but a part of me still think that those times were so much better than now.
Saying only I miss is too little, I wish I could go back in time and revive all these moments again, and I wish we could all just start doing like we did years ago.
But let me know what do you think, I'd like to hear your opinions :D

Dude 2014-2015 was a insane time the stuff from that time feels more modern than now, which I dont know why that is the case

This year, my goal was to recapture that nostalgic feeling, but that effort has been a mixed and chaotic experience. One positive takeaway has been the resurgence of some of my favorite fandoms from that time, like FNAF, creepypasta and MLP with its infection AUs. I fondly remember the old fandoms, YouTube, and internet culture from then- it all felt so much calmer back then like you put it and just more overwhelmingly positive. As a kid, I couldn't wait to grow up and have fun as an adult, but now that I'm here, the reality is a real struggle. My hopes have been dampened, as my mom and I can't afford a car, and my state screwed me with it's laws from getting a driver's license not having a car.
On a brighter note, I'm happy that I've developed my own artistic style and cultivated a strong friendship, moving on from a toxic relationship in 2023. I have high hopes for 2025, since my dream goals are looking more stronger living out my younger self's dreams of gothic fashion, a fully gothic room, and indulging in all the fandom merchandise I can afford.
