adderall makes my head veins pop out

i looked comical. i started Adderall and my forehead veins were visible from across a room. i was so laser focused on everything but i also wanted to throw up. what does this mean? i actually really didn't like it. i was super focused on my schoolwork but whenever any of my friends tried to talk to me i just didn't know what to say back. they weren't even saying anything weird i was just weird and my eyes were like bulging out of my head and it made me wonder if i actually have adhd because i thought Adderall was supposed to make you feel like normal or something but i felt like a psychopath.
