how to make easy food (looking for answers)

So, I'm not going to lie I have a lot of issues that I don't bring up because I don't want to sour the vibes

you know?

Anyways I don't really want to share to much about it just in case I trigger anybody

but in a short few words, I have an issue with food, more so not really getting enough of it or forgetting because I don't understand my body's huger cues until I've got the shakes

SO

I would really like some suggestions on easy food to make that's very full of nutrients but maybe not super heavy, or something I can make and save for later if I don't finish it

I don't have any food allergy's

I know how to make stuff-like eggs (scrambled and the one that's on the pan then flipped and cooked on both sides, pasta, French toast and grilled cheese very simple I know

I'm not into anything spicy but maybe in the future that'll change

idk

Anyways

I'd Appreciate any recipes or tipsĀ

I recommend eating lots of fruit, as it's light but has enough sugar in it that you won't pass out from low blood sugar, and has a good amount of water in it. For days where chewing is impossible, protein shakes and squeeze applesauce pouches are your best friend. On days where everything is too much of a hassle, I recommend making a safe food and slowly drinking something with flavour beforehand, to kind of ease yourself into it. Obv this stuff is different for everyone, but this is what works for me, and I feel like it's at least worth sharing. Hope this helps! ^^^
