burning hybrid theory to my blank cd

my sister has a HP dv2000 laptop and i have a blank cd for music, ive been thinking about burning the whole hybrid theory album from linkin park to it. the thing is that the computer charger is broken and we need go buy a new one from bestbuy or online. plus my sister hates letting people use her stuff, the thing is that she says the computer is hers but its actually my dads and she is just a bitch about it. i really dont know if to just buy a external dvd drive or just sneakily use the laptop, suggestions?
