My illogical take on art? It's all futile

How can one see something so breathtaking and not be completely drawn for the rest of their lives?

How can you not sit and admire when people have left out their souls for you to observe?

All creation is, in a way, art itself
Every thought
Every photo
Every view
Every letter and scribble

It's all creation and art, a representation of what you were doing at some point in your life, what your brain was saying, and what goes on without your knowledge.

But if you ever think about it,
How can a photo be art if you didn't make it?
How is a building art if all you do is live in it?
How is a dance move art if it's only remembering a way you're to move your body?

Why isn't a sink art?
Or an essay
Or a random stroke of chalk?

If only some things are art then what does art mean?

If you ask Google it says:

"Art is something that is created with imagination and skill and that is beautiful or that expresses important ideas or feelings"

But isn't all thought just your imagination?
Does that make every thought art?

Not all art is skillful.
Is a simple photo on your phone, not photography? (that one might be problematic)

Not all art is made to be beautiful 
And isn't "beautiful" just up to the individual person?

Important?
What labels an idea as important?

Feelings?
Does that mean a fight is art? Or crying or yelling or expressions on a face?

I just asked a friend of mine what he thinks defines art.
He said, "It's something that's not real that is made real, a jumble of patterns."

Then I asked, "How isn't it real?"

He said, "How do you really prove anything is real?"

I agree with that on a whole nother level 
Because what's not art?
How do you prove anything is real??

There's no way to even tell that someone is seeing colors the same as you.

Everyone has their own opinion and views.

Everything is just made up.

Who tells you to live your life the way you do?

Who came up with "society"?

I'm on a tangent now and this is getting too philosophical for even me to understand myself even though it's my own train of thought (art, I should say)

None of this makes any sense but that's okay because none of this matters.

It's just a website. This post won't ever affect anyone or change anything.
Or maybe it will who knows?

No one does
