Pranks

A prank and it going south can be like being locked up

With tight handcuffs

Not knowing how to get them off

Nor make them pass through memory

As the more they get mentioned in your head makes the cuffs tighter

Making tears have a acrid smell

Wanting needing to get those cuffs off a apology accepted

Maybe if he were to just forgive me

Maybe if I just didn't have a "sorry" to say it would pass through

As the prank is only to make the victim laugh not feel sad
