Its mind boggling and fascinating that the world share identical years

By that I mean how its currently 2024 in America where I reside and the same in the rest of the world. Its almost amusing how every new years we all move into the next year, only some countries behind by a couple hours or one day.

I find myself thinking about it every other month and I meh at how we all came to agreement of sharing years but will throw down over power and resources.
