I found a 2008 release rin nendoid!

I got her cheaper than the stuff I see online, and half price compaired to importing a new one (60 AUD)! Ive bootleg checked her, and date checked her. 

I assume her low price (compaired to good smile imports) is due to her being previously opened. But she's in such good condition! Little to no box yellowing, great paint, all peices. I have very low standards anyway. But I'd still be upset if I spend 30 on a bootleg. 

I'll keep her in the box for now, well until her ever so off pose annoys me enough to fix it and her microphone. I'm super, super happy that she isn't a bootleg and that I've gotten my hands on one!
