i literally have to make 2 calls but I keep delayed them cuz im too scared to talk on the phone ;-;
I feel like the younger generation is more scared to talk on the phone (idk idk) but yea just my opinion
why GenZ has difficulties to talk on the phone?

That's probably because voice-calling people frequently (or at least compared to circa 2000s) isn't really required anymore. We have things like social media and advancements in texting that is argued to be a lot more convenient than calling. Not to mention the anonymity of the Internet can leave someone unprepared for real-life interactions, even if it's just a simple voice-call!
