i cannot sleep because my mind is still stuck on the history test i had earlier where i could not explain why the hartford convention in 1814 was significant

i have to keep reminding myself that my test scores dont define me as a person and that i am not a horrible person just because my grades are not that good

i can always work harder to improve them but damn it just feels hopeless sometimes
