Ice Skates and Expensive Mistakes

I've had a pretty eventful week!! On Sunday I went ice skating with a friend. The last time I went skating, I had never done any kind of skating before period, so I spent basically 2 hours just hugging the wall. But I've since learned to roller skate (like, really well. I could do spins and jumps and shit) so I was hoping it'd be easier. But it's not like riding a bike!!! I used a little cone for my first time around and then I was able to get around 3 more times without holding onto something, but I still had my hand hovering by the wall the whole time to keep my balance... It was a struggle but it was fun!! And they played 360 by charlixcx lol it was so out-there

And yesterday I did (almost) all my christmas shopping... I wanted to get mom a perfume, because she splurged on a really expensive one for herself but ended up not liking it, and I felt bad for her. So we went to the mall in the perfume section and sprayed EVERYTHING. Easy way to become noseblind, btw! I found a few that she liked, but she and I found one perfume in a really funky bottle, this one:

it's a shoe!! but we ended up REALLY liking the way it smelled. Mom told me to spray some on myself instead of the tester, and my hoodie still smells great. In the car she commented that she loved the scent, and I agreed it was my favourite. Just to find out...

what a mistake. I really don't think I'll find a perfume I loved as much as that one. I found it in smaller sizes for like $40-60, but omg.... why didn't we look a the price tags before we sprayed? I love this.

Mom's favourite was only around $60 if I recall correctly, so that'll be a nice gift for her, but jeez...... WHY DO I HAVE SUCH EXPENSIVE TASTE???!?!??!
