strawpage gimmicks bug

Strawpage’s gimmicks section is not working at all for me. my partner told me they sent me something and i checked and got nothing. then my friend sent me something, and i got nothing. it only shows the gimmicks ive already seen before that, but when i send MYSELF a gimmick it shows. why could this be?
