Greetings my name is…

Octovia. That is indeed my name.

I am going to give my history on here.

The name Octovia means the same exact thing with Octavia/Octavian/Octavius/Octavio/Octavion: it means the eight in Latin representing the eight of the month (August) & I thought to myself that it didn’t seem right to me a little at first because I’m not born in August at all so I was thinking on how to shift my ideal name into something that represents me as a person. The name Octovia itself is actually just originally from Octavia but I’ve replaced the first “a” with an “o” to make the sound “Octo” at the beginning to represent my lucky month (October). > usually get called by my nickname “Octo” a lot more than the full. {also happens to be the infinity number in “8” along with number “9” being the personality number for the name in numerology}

I deliberately made it sound more rare & strange since I was told throughout childhood that I’m one hella “strange” kid even by my mother (not in a bad way, she just remembered how I was as kid compare to adult me now seeing that some stuff about me has not changed the slightest). Usually people would see the word “strange” as a negative thing or an insult, but to what I see in my views, I see it as a big compliment. & I want people to think n’ see it the same way that I do if been called strange throughout their lives just to feel comfortable with themselves, it does help if you change that view into a positive thing.

Clarification I’m not born in October, 

I’m a March peep (March 9th = My Birthday). 

• October happens to be my lucky month due to some luck coming forward to me every October.

• Samhain(Halloween) is one of my most favourite festivals due to being intrigued & attached with the dead/souls throughout my childhood days. The day of the dead is touching to me & fun to celebrate with the souls who rise from their cycle of sleep on hallow night.
