I'm seriously worried for Spacehey users (please tell me I'm not the only one)
I see so MANY shocking posts from such young people that really have me worried a lot. Harming themselves, the intense thoughts of harming others, dr2g abuse etc. So many young people and yet so much sad posts. :(
Of course they're not bad people, don't get me wrong. To me it's just very scary to read sometimes, and really has me worrying about y'all. After all, feel free to say anything you'd like to share. But remember, not everything is meant to be shared. I can relate to a lot of such posts, since I had the same thoughts when I was younger. Luckily I found my way out of this hole, and hope they can do too. <3
Just hoping that y'all are alright and will take good care of your well-beings.

I always see this type of People (mainly teenagers), I was like that but i'm better now, I fell so bad for this People, I just want them to improve :(

Even if young, I'm not one of those people, but it still gets me really happy when I see someone commenting about it. It's not normal for children and teenagers to find comfort in spreading such personal things on the internet, and even if they did talk about it, it shouldn't be to random people on a website, it should be to an actual group of people trying to find help... The internet is ultimately full of negativity and it's starting to be clear that it's not a safe environment for people with these kind of thoughts, and I sincerely hope that this post and many others like it reach those who need it. I wish lots of love for those who are going through a bad time, and you can talk to people, just try not to trigger any worse reaction on others or yourself, don't be self-destructive, yk?

i just wanna add that this happens across all platforms of social media. the reason its seen much more here on spacehey is because this doesnt have an algorithm thats customized to you. you just see whatever is posted at the time youre online. this is a problem everywhere. (not trying to downplay the situation,,)

Its not that bad compared to the other nooks of the internet, i myself have only really found a few SH posts of like 13 year olds like every once every two weeks or somehting but back when i was on tiktok i saw shit like that daily. Its probably cuz tiktok is THAT bad so i dunno if its a fair comparison
also if you’re reading this fellow person from the web be mindful of what you post, its fine if you vent but please use trigger warnings so sensitive people or younger people won’t suddenly be kind of exposed to the stuff you’re going trough!! Ask help form irl people too as they might be able to do more then random people on the web!!

recently it's getting a bit calmer on here, but a few months ago it was a lot worse. Remember that you dont have to interact with anything you dont want to.
