Start again

In the quiet corners of my mind, I find myself longing for something unknown. He escapes from my reach, always a little beyond me, but I feel his energy flowing through me, a tempting current. Despite the tiredness in my legs and the tension in my body, I extend my arms towards him, driven by the surge of adrenaline. There is a promise of better days on the horizon, a hopeful expectation that keeps me on the search.

Fatigue persists and my form may be distorted, but I still keep going, throwing myself into the unknown. Rest whispers promises, and I cling to the belief that he will soon embrace me. Until then, I continue this relentless persecution. The elusive conclusion propels me forward, a beacon guiding my steps. I trust that I will recognize the moment to pause, although it has not yet arrived.

Rest will find me out eventually.
