Sometimes this activity becomes a burdensome routine, which is aimed at basic satisfaction of human needs. However, this is not the case when cooking becomes a hobby, a way of relaxation and some kind of therapy.
β’Autumn is coming to an end, and the apple season even more so, but I have only just discovered a best recipe apple puff pastries.We'll need:
π400-500 grams of puff yeast dough
π1-2 large apple
π1-2 tablespoons of suger
π1 packet of vanilla sugar
π0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
π1 egg
π10 grams of butter
Recipe:
1. Peel the apple, cut into small cubes and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and butter and fry for another 2 minutes. Turn off and let cool.
2. Divide the dough into squares and roll out lightly. Make small slits in one half of the dough. Place the apple filling in the middle of the square. For better adhesion, grease the edges of the dough with beaten egg and fasten with a fork along all edges of the puff pastry.
3. Grease the top of the puff pastry with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Ta-dam, have a nice tea party.βππ
