sometimes i feel second to everything and everyone. as long as their needs are met, it doesn't matter if mine are. as long as they're doing okay, it doesn't matter if i am. im just the convenient friend, i fill a role. a last resort if all others are busy. the backup, go-to afterwards. the stand in, the understudy.
