does anyone else give the voices in their head names?

i think no matter how much the voices try to convince me they are me, i give them names so that i know they will never be me. there's one called nightmare, i sometimes call her mary or just HER, and she believes that the more i fuck up my life and the more trauma i get, the more empathy, validation and attention i get, and she thinks i deserve to feel more pain than i already do. she's a dumb fucking cunt and i hope she dies fuck you mary <3
