I tried astral projection but...

last night, I tried to astral projection. 

so I put a guided meditation and I closed my eyes but I actually fell asleep. 

I remember I dreamt about someone who told me that what im doing didn't work because I didn't pray for the god Loki ??? that was very weird ngl

afterwards I woke up and was startled by the voice of  it was like 4AM, however I had a HUGE headache since then I thought to do a break cuz now im kinda scared to do a second attempt but it will lead to a headache ;-;
